Badges: The head markings require a moderately broad white blaze running up the middle of the face, a white dot over each eye, a chuck or beard extending to just beyond it and running partly through this from each side of the mouth and a pear shaped whisker rounding nicely. The rest of the bird should be colored, except for 10 primary flights and the muffs below the hock joint. Both colored tails and whitetails are accepted. Beak to be flesh colored.

The colored saddle should be "V" shaped, extending from the top of each shoulder in an outline to the rump. The back is to be colored, the rump white and the tail colored. The remainder is to be white. Beak to be flesh colored.

Magpies: The body markings are the same as in Saddles, but lack the head markings. Beak in accordance to the color or the plumage.

Beards: The beard or chuck should be small and crescent shaped, white in color and extending from the center of one eye to under the beak and to the center of the other eye. Primary flights, tail and muffs from just below the hock to be white. Beak to be flesh colored.
